The SINergy Refs are the guys that co-ordinate the game and keep things running. Since managing a game like SINergy is a big task the Ref Team is divided into sections, each with their own area of focus.
Management - these are the workhorses of the ref team. They plan out the general contents of each session, arrange NPCs, write the character briefs, just about anything that needs doing. The basic rule of thumb is that if you need to know something in session, what bonuses you can get for a skill or need a judgment call on how something is meant to work, these are the guys to talk to. There's always at least one on duty at all times.
Staff - plot contributors. They work mainly in the background planning the next twists and turns in the plot direction.
There are also many players who contribute to the game in a non-ref capacity, just because they enjoy the game so much.
