SINergy takes place the 1st Sunday of every month (except for breaks in January and three months over the Summer) at the Leicester Square club (also know as Rack & Roll Pool Hall), 170 Belgrave Gate, Leicester.
Sessions start around 5pm and finish around 9pm , with kicking out time around 11pm. A lot of players turn up early and meet in the pool room upstairs for a pre-session chat. This is also a good time for new players to go though their characters, meet people, etc., before the game starts. People start turning up for this 'pre-game clinic' from 3pm onwards.
The venue has a fully licensed bar (which although In Character still requires 'real' money). Music is played throughout the session courtesy of In Character DJs.
There is limited parking directly outside the venue but there is on street parking around the club and a large multi story car park just a 5 minute walk away.
How to get there from the M1:
- Come off at junction 21A and follow the signs for the A5460.
- Follow the the A5640 to the A594 Inner Ring Road.
- The club itself is situated right next to the roundabout and flyover (you can see it from the flyover).
- From the ring road there are two options:
Option a) from the Ring Road, follow signs to bus station, this brings you onto Church Street , turn first left down the back of the bus station onto Gravel Street ; turn right at the end onto Abbey Road ; (side roads and car parks available here); go to end of Abbey Road , turn left onto Belgrave Street , Leicester Square is at the end of the road.
Option b) just after the bus station is the flyover. DO NOT GO ON THE FLYOVER, instead go down to the roundabout.
The roundabout for Belgrave Gate is UNDERNEATH the flyover.
Leicester Bus station is about 5 minutes walk away from the venue.
